  • Our end goal is the use of a ever growing data lake and food technology expertise as a closed loop innovation systems. We want to move from being told what customers want to assisting them in meal decision making by making recommendations. Across the food ecosystem, we want to making our customers lives easier when it comes to meal choice and finding out new trends and products.

    Beyond its multi-channel brand portfolio, Jolly Eats is actively investing in smart equipment innovation to unlock new consumer access points. The rollout of the Choced vending machine will incorporate AI, data, and unique design technology to transform how consumers interact with food-on-the-go. This launch also sets the stage for future hardware and food-tech innovations within the Jolly Eats ecosystem, including prototypes for smart fridges in offices, workplaces, and other high-foot traffic locations, as well as smart pantry solutions. These initiatives ensure that AI, data, and technology remain at the forefront of our consumer experience, driving innovation across every access point in the food ecosystem.
